Join us in the beautiful Tuscan countryside and learn to cook traditional, authentic Italian recipes with our friend Chicca at her farmhouse. This region is located on the Mediterranean coast and is considered the heart of Super Tuscan Wine country. Guests stay at a villa overlooking the sea and spend the week exploring local villages, tasting world-class wines and learning to cook delicious dishes from scratch. Throughout the week, we'll master traditional Italian recipes passed down in family like hand-made pastas, gnocchi, meatballs and more. Join us for an unforgettable culinary experience in Tuscany!

Authentic Italian Favorites

Authentic Italian Favorites features some of the dishes I have enjoyed since I was a child, delivering vibrant Mediterranean flavors. During this hands-on cooking class, we will create a complete menu and learn about Italian culinary traditions, choosing our recipes from fresh pasta to tiramisu. We will cook, savor, and enjoy the best of Italian cuisine. Join me in unlocking the secrets of Italian home cooking and the simple techniques at the base of every great dish.

What's included

All ingredients, tools and instruction. Preparation of a full course meal paired with a world class Bolgheri wine. Tasting of local food products.

Duration

Approximately 3 hours.
Options include a lunch class beginning at 11.00 am or
a dinner class beginning at 6.00 pm.

We cannot guarantee the availability of any particular dish but will do our best to accommodate your desires.

PRICE

Private cooking classes start from 110 € per person. Custom price for large groups.
Fees include a membership to the Cooking In Tuscany Association.
