Day 1: arrival - accommodation APERITIVO - free program, a tour of the homestead, tasting late lunch/dinner (antipasti, primi piati, secondi piati, dolce, coffee, water, a glass of wine)
Day 2: breakfast purchase of ingredients for cooking - the purchase is from local producers, butchers, farmers
Tasting of olive oil Cafaggio, in case of good weather and according to the current state it is possible to collect olives preparation, cooking - preparation of typical Tuscan dishes using local products (antipasti, primi piati, secondi piati, dolce, a glass of wine, coffee, water)
Day 3: breakfast exit to the town of Panzano in Chianti (approx. 50km) - visit the world-famous butcher shop Dario Cecchini, lunch in a local restaurant and beef buying at the famous Bistecca Panzanese or Bistecca Fiorentina- 1 kg / 2 persons
Not included: lunch from € 10- € 35 / person - a choice
after the return preparation of Bistecca Panzanese associated with wine tasting
Day 4: breakfast - departure
Possible change of the program by agreement. Own transport, consumption of wine and other alcoholic beverages is not included in the price, except for a tasting evening associated with the preparation of Bistecca Panzanese.
